2012 Golden Slope Chardonnay - MAGNUM

The first vintage's barrels reminding us of some of what we are obsessed with about whites from Beaune, we decided something honoring the Cote d'or was in order - hence, Golden Slope. 

AGING: 85% Neutral Fermentation and Aging w/ 25% New 

PROFILE: smoke, slate, lemon curd, orange pith, ginger tea, cardamom, liquid sunshine. 

FOOD PAIRING: From truffles to fried chicken anything. she's the goldie locks - sort of the Scarlett Johansen of of the bunch.
