All shipping is done on Mondays. Any order received after 9am PST on Monday will be shipped the following week (so long as weather is favorable). If you need the wine sooner please be sure to specify in the order notes and send us an email for confirmation.
Any cancelled orders will be subject to a $25 restocking fee, no exceptions.

Our leanest Chardonnay. An homage to the WHITE HILLsides of Chablis. Barrel fermented and aged 9 months in neutral French oak before being finished in stainless steel.

Sourced from the Bien Nacido Vineyard in Santa Maria Valley. 10 months in neutral oak prior to bottling.
Notes of tropical fruits and white flowers are prevalent in both the aroma and on the palate.
